The Fall 2022 Parade of Homes by the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greater Grand Rapids wrapped up earlier this month, and we’re excited to share our “greatest hits” from the show. Overall, rich colors and traditional touches stood out in comparison to previous seasons.
Favorite Exterior
This brick ranch home is situated on beautifully wooded property. The symmetrical architecture and roof pitches add to the classic look.

Favorite Living Area
This clean-lined, light-filled living area is functional without sacrificing design. The white oak beams, stone fireplace and custom lighting features add warmth to the space.

Favorite Kitchen
This kitchen is filled with a combination of modern and traditional details. The rich black/blue custom cabinetry paired with classy brass hardware is stunning together.

Favorite Main Bedroom
This main bedroom is a cozy retreat with the vaulted ceiling and warm wall color. The velvet drapery adds a luxurious feel to the space.

Favorite Main Bathroom
This main bathroom looks neutral until you turn the corner and see the shower. The textured emerald subway tile and brass hardware add a lot of character (and fun) to the space.

Favorite Bonus Space
This lounge area, located directly off the living area, is a great space for entertaining. The rich-colored walls, trim and flooring make it feel like an upscale pub.

Favorite Detail
This hexagon patterned tile in the lower level bathroom is unique and unexpected.

Favorite Setting
This 5,700+ sq. ft. home sits off the quaint neighborhood street and overlooks a natural creek in the backyard.
